Firmly press the Earfoams onto the stem of the Earshade®, ensuring that there is no gap between the Earfoam and stem. Compress the tip of the earplug and insert it into your ear canal. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds to allow the Earfoam to expand and create a seal in your ear canal.
