You are eligible for Limited Warranty support for the following periods of time commencing upon the date of retail purchase of your Product ("Warranty Period"):

All new Products will have the Warranty Periods listed above, subject to applicable local law. If you are uncertain whether your Product is eligible for Limited Warranty support, please contact us.
* If you have registered your product for Extended Warranty, the Warranty Period shall be extended for another one (1) year period, to be a total of two (2) years commencing upon the date of retail purchase of your Flare Audio Product. The Flare Audio Extended Warranty does not apply to batteries. Aside from the change to Warranty Period, the Flare Audio Extended Warranty does not alter any other terms and conditions of the Limited Warranty.
**This excludes the EARFOAMS® and Foamies® as they are a consumable product, which will require replacement depending on frequency and / or manner of use. Due to the personal nature of the intended use of the EARFOAMS® product we are unable to accept returns of EARFOAMS® and FOAMIES® once the packaging has been opened for any reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.
